Stock levels are indicated next to each item. Sold out means the item is currently unavailable for purchase.
If an item is sold out, you can use the 'Notify Me' button to receive an email notification if the item comes back. You may also subscribe to our newsletter to receive emails when items you like come back in stock.
ZANPU does not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping bag will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.
To avoid this from happening, make an order ASAP!
- Check "My Orders" and look at the most recent order to see if it's the one you just placed.
- For further confirmation, please contact your bank to see if your card was charged — your account balance will be reflected as soon as you have confirmed your order with us.
- If the order was still unsuccessful: You can cancel the order by clicking the cross to remove products from the shopping cart immediately.
- If the order was successful: Call us at 02-961 5675 (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00) or email contact@zanpusustain.com and include your order number.
Payment Method
Credit / Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard) and money transfer via payment gateway.
ZANPU accepts Visa and MasterCard. For debit cards, please make sure your card supports online shopping.
Potential solutions for the most common declined payment reasons:
- The account doesn't have sufficient funds.
- The name of the account owner doesn't match the information you provided.
- The issuing bank doesn't allow using the bank account for online or international transactions.
- The bank account doesn't exist anymore.
- Limited number of transactions per day.
Please contact your bank if you encounter these problems.
Order Status
For orders placed on zanpusustain.com:
- You can fill in your Tax Rebate information on the Order Confirmation page. The tax invoice will be included in your package.
- You can request a full tax invoice document from ZANPU Line Official.
- You can send an email to contact@zanpusustain.com with your tax identification number.
View your Order History by checking "My Orders".
