We offer a simple and flexible return and exchange process. Items may be returned or exchanged within the specified period if they remain in original condition with tags intact. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
You may request an exchange for : Size change / Color or design change (subject to stock availability). Please contact us via LINE Official within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items eligible for return must : Be in unused, original condition / Have all tags attached / Be regular-priced items. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
After contacting our team, you may return items by : Returning at any of our stores (free of charge) / Sending by courier (shipping cost depends on carrier and weight)
