Pre-orders are accepted in cycles, each lasting 2 weeks.
Customers can place pre-orders at The 19th / Sukhumvit 23 or through our online channels (Facebook, LINE).
Full payment is required on the date of reservation to confirm the order.
Orders will be shipped within 15 days after each pre-order cycle closes.
Pre-order items are made-to-order and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
